In January at the monthly LA Beer Blogger summit, Clay from 38 Degrees Ale House and Grill offhandedly mentioned an event they had in the works – a Stone Brewery 5 course dinner, with each course being paired with a special one-off Stone cask. My ears immediately perked up and I’ve been glued to their events page ever since. There’s no way I’m going to miss this one.
If you haven’t been to 38 Degrees yet, then you’re really missing out. Its got a great taplist, and the food is excellent. But more than that its a really important cornerstone to the LA craft beer scene. Here’s the details on the event:
Spend an evening with Ken Wright, Stone’s Minister of Evangelism and Indoctrination, and five of Stone’s illustrious brewers – including Stone’s Brewmaster Mitch Steele for 5 Brewers, 5 Casks, 5 Courses.
